On 28 June 2022, Ivor Chipkin attended the launch of the International Advisory Council of the Belgrade Centre for Security Studies (BCSP) – of which Mr Chipkin is a full member. The BCSP is one of Eastern Europe’s leading study centres and undertakes impactful research in a number of areas, especially on topics such as security reform and state capture.
